Getting Started
DoctorDiary helps you clearly describe your symptoms before seeing a doctor. You don’t need medical knowledge; just answer the questions honestly and in your own words.
Step 1: Create an Appointment
- Log in to your DoctorDiary account.
- Go to the Appointments section.
- Click on Start New Appointment.
- Select the type of consultation (if prompted).
Step 2: Answer the Doctor’s Questions
DoctorDiary will ask a series of guided questions to understand your symptoms better.
- Describe what you are feeling
- Mention when the symptom started
- Explain how severe or frequent it is
- Answer follow-up questions honestly
Take your time — accurate answers lead to a better report.
Step 3: Review Your Consultation
Once all questions are completed, your consultation is marked as finished.
- You can review all questions and answers
- Your responses are structured into a clear format
- The consultation is saved securely in your account
Step 4: View and Share Your Report
After completing an appointment, DoctorDiary generates a medical report based on your responses.
- Go to Reports from the sidebar
- Your latest completed report opens automatically
- You can download or show it to your doctor
Tips for Best Results
- Be honest and specific about your symptoms
- Avoid guessing medical terms
- Mention anything that makes symptoms better or worse
- Include duration, frequency, and intensity when possible
Your Privacy & Data
Your health information is yours. DoctorDiary does not sell or share your personal data. You can delete appointments or reports whenever you want.
Important Safety Information
DoctorDiary is not for medical emergencies.
If you have severe symptoms, chest pain, trouble breathing, or any emergency, call local emergency services right away.
